What we remodel

Six pool and spa services in Fontana. One crew.

Every project starts with a drain-and-inspect and a fixed bid. Fully licensed for pool and spa work, bonded and insured. No “we’ll see what’s under the plaster” pricing.

Pool Resurfacing & Replaster

Plaster, quartz or pebble finishes over a properly prepped shell. We chip out failed plaster instead of bonding over it, which is why our surfaces do not delaminate.

Tile & Coping

Waterline tile, raised bond beams and new coping. Ideal when the tile is calcium-stained from Inland Empire hard water but the shell is still sound.

Pool Deck Resurfacing

Cool-deck overlays, stamped concrete and pavers that stay walkable in July. Same crew that builds our hardscaping projects.

Spa & Hot Tub Remodeling

Spa resurfacing, new jets and plumbing, raised spillover spas tied into the main pool. Pads poured and levelled for drop-in spas.

Pool Lighting & Features

Colour-changing LED retrofits, sheer-descent water features and bubblers. Low-voltage, GFCI-protected, inspected.

Safety Fencing & Barriers

Code-compliant pool fencing, self-closing gates and barrier upgrades that satisfy California pool safety requirements at resale.

How it works

Four steps. One to three weeks. Done right.

A straight resurface runs about a week. Full remodels with tile, coping and deck work run two to three weeks depending on cure and inspection windows.

1

Drain & Inspect

Free on-site visit. We drain, look at the shell, the bond beam and the equipment pad, then send a fixed bid within 48 hours.

2

Permit & Prep

We pull whatever Fontana or your city requires and handle the inspections. You do not deal with the counter.

3

Chip, Tile & Surface

Old plaster comes out. New tile and coping go in. Then the finish coat, troweled and cured properly.

4

Fill, Balance & Hand Off

We fill, brush, balance the chemistry and walk you through startup care so the new surface cures the way it should.

Frequently asked

Pool & spa FAQ - Fontana & Inland Empire.

The questions Fontana homeowners actually ask before a pool remodel.

How much does it cost to resurface a pool in Fontana?

Cost comes down to three things: the size of the shell, the finish you choose, and how much of the old surface has to come out. A standard plaster resurface sits at the low end. Quartz and pebble finishes cost more up front and last noticeably longer. Tile, coping and deck work are quoted separately so you can see exactly what you are paying for. We drain and inspect first, then hand you a fixed bid before any work starts, so the number does not move once we are in the ground.

A properly prepped plaster surface lasts about 10-15 years here. Our hard water is the reason surfaces fail early: high calcium etches and scales plaster when the chemistry is not held in range. We hand off a startup schedule with every resurface, because the first 30 days decide how the surface ages.

Usually yes. If the shell and plaster are still sound, replacing just the waterline tile and cleaning the coping restores most of the look for a fraction of a full remodel. We tell you honestly when tile alone will do it, and when the surface underneath is too far gone to leave.

Structural changes, new equipment, gas lines, bonding and electrical work generally require a permit in Fontana and across the Inland Empire. Cosmetic resurfacing often does not. We are licensed for pool and spa work, bonded and insured, so we pull the permit and meet the inspector ourselves. You never deal with the counter.

Yes. We work with HFS Financial and HERO/PACE – financing from $89/mo, 0% APR for 18 months, $0 down for approved applicants.

Yes. We remodel pools and spas across the Inland Empire: Rancho Cucamonga, Ontario, Rialto, San Bernardino, Colton, Bloomington, Jurupa Valley and Highland, as well as Fontana.
